Ponderings

• How do we put the world back together? How do we put ourselves back together after all the chaos.

  • A return to the Body is a return to Spirit/Source Creator & your inner Knowing/Intuition.

• What pieces are missing & where do we find the absence of light to fill the void of what was?

  • Work with Spirit then the Body then the Mind & Heart via stillness.

  • Stillness can be meditation, walking meditation, arts & crafts, gardening, hiking, QiGong, anything that gets you into a flow or state of calm.

• Can the world understand the truth of our corrupt systems? Will the word collapse or find a way forward? We, the people, may be the key to this movement.

  • Tend to Self. Tend to attention, impulses, mind, & treatment of the person standing in front of you. They are exhausted, scared, and frustrated too.
