Ponderings
“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
― C.G. Jung
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
― C.G. Jung
“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.”
― Carl Gustav Jung
“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”
― Carl Gustav Jung
How do we put the world back together? How do we put ourselves back together after all the chaos.
What pieces are missing & where do we find the absence of light to fill the void of what was?
Can the world understand the truth of our corrupt systems? Will the word collapse or find a way forward? We (the little people) may be the key to this movement.
Digging up the root is the only way forward. It must all come to light. For reckoning, for forgiveness, for understanding, for acceptance, for momentum, and most importantly, for love of all that is - you & I & our communities.
Inspiration
It all begins with an idea.

“I have no right to call myself one who knows. I was one who seeks, and I still am, but I no longer seek in the stars or in books; I'm beginning to hear the teachings of my blood pulsing within me. My story isn't pleasant, it's not sweet and harmonious like the invented stories; it tastes of folly and bewilderment, of madness and dream, like the life of all people who no longer want to lie to themselves.”
― Hermann Hesse, Demian: Die Geschichte von Emil Sinclairs Jugend
“Because the world is so full of death and horror, I try again and again to console my heart and pick the flowers that grow in the midst of hell.”
― Herman Hesse, Narcissus and Goldmund
“Have you also learned that secret from the river; that there is no such thing as time?" That the river is everywhere at the same time, at the source and at the mouth, at the waterfall, at the ferry, at the current, in the ocean and in the mountains, everywhere and that the present only exists for it, not the shadow of the past nor the shadow of the future.”
― Hermann Hesse, Siddhartha
“. . . gentleness is stronger than severity, water is stronger than rock, love is stronger than force.”
― Hermann Hesse, Siddhartha
